A：We are a direct manufacturer. Our main production facility is located in Xiamen, China, and we manage production, quality control, and delivery internally. In addition, we work with long-term associated production partners for specific processes when required.

Q：Where is your factory located? Can we visit your facility?
A：Our factory is located in Xiamen, China. Visits are welcome by appointment. Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is the nearest airport, and we are happy to assist with local arrangements if needed.

Q：Do you offer OEM or custom-made production?
A：Yes. We provide OEM and custom-made production based on your designs, specifications, and branding requirements. Customisation may include materials, construction details, colours, and logo applications, depending on order volume and product type.
